Very difficult to get an appointment
January 30, 2023
Very difficult to get an appointment, trying to get an appointment since 2 weeks, with no luck.
They are good.

Really good. They have helped me a lot over the past few months. There is some difficulty getting through on the phones. Sometimes I would rather go to the surgery and wait for an appointment, but you can’t do this. But they are good.
Long time to get appointments
December 6, 2022
It's okay, I can get appointments but it can take a long time for my children and myself.
Can’t get an appointment. GPs not on site.

I have stood in a queue at half seven to be told at 8 there’s no gp on site. It’s demeaning. If I call by telephone there aren’t any appointments. I work so I can’t stand in line. No leeway for those that work and have family.
I cannot get an appointment at all.

Even if I call at 8am, by the time the call is answered after an hour or more, there are never any appointments left. There are no online appointments and the econsult form is no longer available.
Diagnosed for cancer really late
November 8, 2022
I knew something was wrong and said so but wasn’t listened to and each doctor that I spoke to was different and wouldn’t read the history of my calls and would see each call as a separate one because it was a different doctor
Selection of services

I have only been here twice, they have a call back service. I can get appointments and they also run various clinics such as diabetes and respiratory.
GP hasn't seen me for months
July 26, 2022
I can't get to see them basically, they want to diagnose me over the phone. For months the GP won't see me. The urgent care centre say's I need to see my GP but I can't see my GP.
Terrible
July 26, 2022
It's really terrible, can't get an appointment, you call and have to wait for an hour and there are no appointments. They have started using this system where you go to the surgery to wait. People go as early as 6:30am and there is a queue and you can still be told there are no appointments. A lot of the elders have given up getting appointments there because they can't travel there. There is no communication with patients, telling us they are changing or making changes. They offer online bookings but that is not accessible to everyone. When you finally do see a doctor, you can only discuss one thing. They cut you off if you start talking about another discussion. We are considering going private for my dad because he has conditions that when they flare up, they need to see him.
Refused a service
July 26, 2022
They can do ECG's on me but refused to look at my ears because they are not qualified. But they are on the umbrella list for procedures of that service.
