It is difficult to get an appointment

It is hard to get appointments sometimes. They don't pick up the telephone calls and it is hard online to get an appointment. You have to call the next day when they say it is fully booked. You just have to wait for an appointment to become available.
Respectful, good staff

I can book appointments online and on the phone. I can get emergency appointments with them. They look after my diabetes and the staff are good and respectful.
Improved due to the online system

Appointments used to be very bad but now everything is online its improved. If you can't use the internet there's no point for those people. I don't use them that often.

Never answer phone

Was on the phone for 50 mins, call was never answered, kept saying I was number 1 in queue.
Better with the new system

It's better than before, it's easier to contact my GP since the new system was implemented. The GPs are really good and so are the receptionists.

A good pharmacy

The pharmacy is good and have my medication and they get them sent. They're always polite and friendly.
