It's hard to get appointments over the phone. You can't go there and make an appointment it all takes too long. I end up taking myself to A&E because if I am sick, I'm sick. I'm not waiting around to get sicker.

The GP's are like ghosts, you cannot see them nowadays.

Quite hard. I phoned early in the morning and they may or may not have an appointment. They tell me to go to the walk in centre. It's hard if you need a blood test. You don't know if you will get through to make an appointment. Doctors are amazing and treat you well. It's just waiting times for appointments.

I was not diagnosed properly and had to go to A&E.

Very helpful and satisfied by the care provided to me and my family.

They are quite okay whenever I have gone to see them.

Not good in general but for a particular issue they were good. They advise us to call at 8am, number 25 in the queue and won't make advanced appointments. Call back and they said they'd refer us onto the chest clinic. In general I struggle for myself and my kids.

Difficult to get an appointment but they have an amazing staff.

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 25 years and have always found the GPs to offer excellent patient care and support. They actually listen and try to address patients concerns. They are also willing to refer patients where necessary. It can be difficult to get an appointment but this is true of the majority of surgeries due to external pressures.
