They treated me well.

It's alright. A&E was a 4 hour wait but I was treated well and my problem was sorted. They gave me information on how I could manage going forward.

Seen quickly in x-ray

I went for an x-ray on my chest and there were no long waits. They gave me a time and it was all fine. I was seen very quickly.

Rude and unhelpful staff

My wife is being treated for renal issues. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The level of service delivery is far below the acceptable range.

I was referred to Heartlands from Good Hope. It was a good experience. Quite quick, they solved the problems and sent me home after 1 day.

We need more doctors visits, more nurses and cleaner facilities. Its isn't easy to get an appointment either it takes 3 weeks.

The NHS and Heartlands is so slow.

I am not satisfied with the NHS or Heartlands hospital because of the delays in dealing with patients even in emergencies. It is so slow.
