Cancelled my appointment during strikes

March 20, 2024
They cancelled my appointment in the January strike. It was long waiting times waiting for that appointment but then they cancel it and I didn't get any updates. I have got to call them and check what's going on.

Better signposting needed around the hospital

I went for an MRI/scan and it was really very difficult to find my way to radiology department. They need to signpost the hospital about how to reach different departments more clearly.

Consultant is very good, reception are rude.

We regularly go to the paediatrics department for my son's check up and blood tests. The reception staff are very rude and don't communicate politely. The consultant is okay. He listens to us and explains things very well.

More doctors, nurses and midwives needed.

March 6, 2024
The maternity department needs more doctors, nurses and midwives because they are severely short of skilled staff. Low and poor level of staffing is affecting patients who have to wait for ages.
