Very busy, very slow

Very slow at outpatients pharmacy. Mainly because they're very busy.

Takes over a week for repeat prescription

I asked the pharmacy to order my daughters medication every month with the repeat prescription, he said yes he would do it. Then every month my daughters diabetic medication takes a week for it to come.
