Receptionists good, overall service poor
The receptionists are good, but the overall service is poor. In the Midland Medical Partnership there is about 97 doctors so whenever you go you will not see the same doctor. It is very difficult to set an appointment, you have to call at 8am, but you may not get through. If you want to see a specific doctor the waiting time is weeks and weeks. If you access any doctor it will take 3 weeks. As a result neither myself or my husband use the GP anymore. We try to survive with natural therapies. The appointment time is so short it's impossible to be able to truly discuss the issue.
