Long waits on phone

Very difficult to get an appointment long waits on phone.
Can’t get never get to see a doctor

Had a heart attack few weeks ago,Not even a phone call to see if I’m ok ,or if any problem with tablets surplied.

I rang this drs surgery 5 days last week for there not to be any appointments on any day, I informed the receptionist of the reason behind me calling and it took till day 5 for her to actually inform me I didn’t need to speak to a dr I needed a midwife, 1 week later I’m still waiting to speak to a midwife

I have been misdiagnosed for over 3 years i found out yesterday, Its impossible to get to see a Dr,i dont know who my Dr is anymore!!, you can never get through on the phone and when you do the receptionists make you feel like an idiot,!!if you have a serious illness or suspect you do go somewhere else. I know the pandemic has made things difficult for surgeries but no one i know is treated this badly anywhere else. It needs looking into.To be civil to people takes the same amount of time as not being civil,i have tried to change my surgery but no where is taking new patients at the moment, but it will be the first thing i do when all this is over.
Impossible to get an appointment or call.

Receptionist always asks about medical problem & judges if you need an appointment. Very hard to get an appointment. Most days only 1 Dr working. No nurse available most of the time.

70+ calls to get through to reception. Can only phone at 8am daily. Never any appointments via phone or web. Rude receptionists.
