Receptionists are very helpful when you can speak to them.

I have been misdiagnosed for over 3 years i found out yesterday, Its impossible to get to see a Dr,i dont know who my Dr is anymore!!, you can never get through on the phone and when you do the receptionists make you feel like an idiot,!!if you have a serious illness or suspect you do go somewhere else. I know the pandemic has made things difficult for surgeries but no one i know is treated this badly anywhere else. It needs looking into.To be civil to people takes the same amount of time as not being civil,i have tried to change my surgery but no where is taking new patients at the moment, but it will be the first thing i do when all this is over.

Receptionist always asks about medical problem & judges if you need an appointment. Very hard to get an appointment. Most days only 1 Dr working. No nurse available most of the time.

70+ calls to get through to reception. Can only phone at 8am daily. Never any appointments via phone or web. Rude receptionists.

Can never get through on phone - twice I've ended up, calling 111

Unable to get an appointment. Problems with contacting via phone. Very few face to face appts I'm told and surgery has all but closed its doors
