3 hours wait to get a 10 minute appointment

Very difficult to get appointments. In order to get a 10 minute appointment I have to spend 3 hours on the phone or at times have to walk to the practice to get one.
Not really to do with the GP

The GP offers a support worker to help me. I don't like supported accommodation in general it's not really to do with the GP, it's more to do with the law.

I have not long registered with them. It was quite straight forward. The support worker sorted it all out for me. I have tried to make an appointment but I didn't get through. I will try again later.

I called the GP and they said to call NHS 111 when I had an accident. They are very good. I go about three times a year for my diabetes check and check up on my neurological issue. They're very good.

They're okay. I don't really have any issues with them. I get an appointment when I need them. Very good.

They're good. I can go and get appointments, everything is done and they make appointments over the phone. They're actually good.
Poor Response complaints from practice manage

I've had a few issues that where quite serious. I've made contact several times with the practice manager and had no response. They never responded back to any of my complaints at all.
