Happy with them, can get appointments. Sometimes can be 10 or 11 in the queue and sometimes number 1. I have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment.

I googled and registered with my local practice. Managed to get appointments. I can get face to face appointments as well as speaking to them on the phone.

Brilliant, been with them since 1995. It’s a good surgery, doctors are fine able to get appointments. They are pretty all right.

Great experience. Able to get appointments. I phone for an appointment in the morning and I'm guaranteed to be seen the same day.
Getting better

They're alright. Recently got new doctors in making it different to see the GP. But getting better to see face to face. Older GP's want to see patients face to face, but the younger ones prefer doing it over the phone.

I can’t get face to face appointments. All they give me is phone appointments and for that they don’t call me and most of the time I have to chase them.
