They provided excellent treatment and care to my wife. The GP was very helpful and even phoned us the next day for a follow up.

Cervical screening. The nurse had excellent technique to take the sample. All good.
They sorted us

They saw us and got us sorted. It was really good. Such a shock to the care received in America. It makes you appreciate the NHS more.
Prescribed me the wrong medication

They don't know my medical background and they prescribed me antibiotics that nearly jeopardised my kidney transplant as it messed with my anti rejection medication.
Care when you need it

I have used this service several times and cannot praise the care I have been given enough. Last year they got me to hospital fast without being seen just from my call to reception. This month again, sent directly to hospital and an assessment ward bypassing ED, (a different problem). In this day when you can't get a GP appointment they are literally a lifeline. Thank you to the whole team there.

When I call NHS 111, they refer us to Katie road to see a GP. They are always been good. Can wait sometimes but that’s not a problem because I know that my daughter will eventually get the help.
Use this service because I can't see my GP

Very good service use it regularly because its so difficult to be seen by my GP. I have no trouble being seen or getting my children appointments. The staff are great.
Referred onto Children's hospital

Went to the out of hours with my daughter. She was seen within 30 minutes of going. I was told when my daughter was born that if the wound didn't heal to get her seen and they did see her and refer her onto Birmingham Children's Hospital.
