It was OK
AFter calling NHS 111 was directed to GP appot there. Busy but staff were polite and calm

used the walk in centre after calls to NHS 111 on Sunday for my daughter. Directed to go to appoint at the surgery after being assessed on the phone. Only waited 10 mins after appoint time. Reception staff particularly good with quite challenging customers.

I have used this walk in centre several times. There are often long queues but the patient experience is good from check in to seeing a GP. Despite there being long queues one always feels that the GP takes time to find out what is wrong and then explain clearly what is going to be done about it.
