Requested a telephone consultation three days in a row received no call back ended up being rushed to hospital

When things go wrong expect anything from and including being 'fobbed-off, lied to, condescending arrogant blame shifting behaviour.

The fact that he has to wait at least a week for appointments and blood test appointments. The fact that he has arrived at the surgery for an appointment that which has been cancelled. He waited for over an hour and no one told him. GP lacking in dementia training. Dementia Group at King's Norton - no idea what it is? Went and was told not to go any further.

For anything to do with the dementia it is lacking in understanding. Concern about not knowing about the carer's act and what support I should be getting from the GP.

The fact that I asked for referral to a counsellor. GP said he would look into it and get back to me. Still waiting. It annoys me that he has not got back to me and if I want to know I will have to phone or go and see him again.

Appointments cancelled with no explanation of why, even when I have arrived at the surgery.

Asked the practice manager if they could send me a reminder every 2 months for my husband's blood test. Told that facility was not available. So this causes me a worry as he knows he has to have them for his rheumatoid arthritis.

Helped with form for claiming a refund off travel cancellation. When my husband was very ill with his dementia the Dr advised to us to cancel trip and filled out forms in for us to get a refund on moneys paid.

I suffer with hay fever and got made to wait 2 days to get an appointment and I wasn't able to function and had lack of sleep through it.

Doctor didn't help me, hard to get an appointment

Doctor came out if needed. Very good appointment times. Appointments can be cancelled on the same day. Very kind hearted
