Good GP. They see my son whenever he needs an appointment. Always good at giving advice and always feel listened to.
Too long to refer to a specialist.

They have taken ages to refer me to a specialist during pregnancy and finally resulted in miscarriage.

Same day face to face appointment

Excellent, same day face to face appointment when I needed it. Had issue with feet and made an appointment for Saturday at Cofton Medical Centre. Brilliant practice.
Couldn’t get any appointments

They were rubbish, couldn’t get any appointments with them. Couldn’t see anyone so ended up leaving them.
Can get appointments

Can get appointments by phone at 8am. Good with seeing the kids. No consistency with seeing midwife. Never same midwife I saw.
Hard to get through, no check ups

Hard to get through, wait is too long. There's no routine check up's as a new patient.

They are okay, appointment problem. 3 weeks wait. Get on phone first thing, 7am 10th in queue. See regular doctor for which we wait for 3 weeks.

They are okay. Feel like there could be better interaction with midwives. Could be more human. But the doctors are good there can get appointments quite easily.
Difficult appointment system

They’re okay. The appointment system is difficult - like a business system. They never pick up the phone. Cannot make an appointments so I end up going into the doctors to make an appointment.
