The Kings Norton Surgery

They are lovely. Able to get appointment. Receptionist are lovely, couldn’t ask for a better GP service. They are just great.

They are good. The appointments which they started are getting better but I think the problem is Covid which made it even worse. Takes a while getting through and worrying about what appointments they have already got. I get on alright with the doctors. If receptionists think its urgent they make appointments other wise you have to wait.

A lot better than my previous practice. Can get an appointment easier. Part of a few surgeries so they can give you an appointment at one of their surgeries.

It's alright going to the doctors. Sometimes I get nervous. I do understand what they are saying and I go with my sister.

Very good and very helpful. I was seen quickly on the same day. Referrals have also been made.

You couldn't get an appointment, it's hard work getting an appointment. There's long waits on phones and when they answer you're told to ring back the next day.

They are good, able to get appointment. Initially over the phone than will see you face to face if they have to.

They're rubbish, couldn't get an appointment, couldn't get through on phones took forever. Not good interactions with doctors.

They're better, still hard to get appointments but the staff are nice.

They're great. I am able to get appointments over the phone but they will see you face to face if it's important.
