I am sorry to hear that you faced some difficulty with obtaining your medication. At times hospital letters do not reach the practice in timely manner for the GP to action. Practice do have a system and processes in place to deal with Medication requests. I am glad to hear that your medication issue was resolved. For Booking appointments we are offering online access.
