unprofessional, no understanding equality law
All the staff on front seem to have lack of training, been appointed because the surgery is desperate to fill posts, no training or have not understood, from experience they equality training of dealing with diverse community & need to keep personal views regarding age discrimination thoughts to themselves and not impose these views onto elderly customers. They have no complaints procedures and instead ask patients to write into the office of complaints when they already know English is patients second language therefore they will never complain. I’ve asked complaint form and put on while staff went ask the practice manager,then told to write into office. Will be definitely complaining to ensure this poor level improves and no other elderly patients suffer abuse from front line staff.
