Convoluted appointment system

Convoluted appointment system. Meant to have a nominated GP but never seen them. Confusing to patients.

Don't read the notes and are not interested in you as a person - very upsetting experience for my wife. Dismiss you as old - get on with it

We endeavour to offer all of our patients an excellent service and if for some reason we don't, we welcome the chance to look at ways we could do things differently to enhance patient experience.

Had Flu Jab - Very Good

Went in early, very busy on a Saturday morning. I do wish we could see our own doctor instead of anyone who is free.
