My Mom received carers from this agency for several months in the run up to her passing. I cannot commend the carers enough for their compassion and empathy to not only my Mom but family also during this really difficult time. We had regular carers on set days and always knew who was coming. Each and every carer went above and beyond for my Mom and they really brightened up her day. They would attend 4 times a day with 2 carers, they gave myself and my family peace of mind when we weren't able to be present as I trusted them implicitly. The office staff were also amazing! Always answered the phone and were on hand should I have any questions in regards to Mom's care. I cannot thank the carers and office enough for what they have done for all of us and I would recommend them 100% to anyone who needs care. This agency is amazing and needs to be commended for their efforts in the industry!

I’m a 89 year old gentleman who has recently fallen and broken my hip. I have always been fiercely independent and I would have never wanted carers. When I returned home I was having 4 visits a day. You hear horror stories about agencies however the care staff MCSE has been fantastic. They are so caring and really go the extra mile to make sure I’m ok. After assistance of carers I am now back on my feet and have had my visits reduced to 1 visit a day. I cant thank MCSE enough for all they have done for me the care team is fantastic and I would gladly have carers now for the rest of my life because I cant do without them.

I didn't think I was old enough for carers at 89 and very against it.
My family pressured me in to it, but I'm glad they did they have worked with me over the last year to go from needing carers to coping on my own.
I still have there number and if I was to deteriorate I will pay private if I have to, I will request my lovely carers back..

I was against having a carer when I came out of hospital last year. My Social Worker at that time really helped me. The first agency were terrible. These are the total opposite. They’re amazing. The help I need varies from day to day, there’re well tuned into me now. All the Carers are usually on time, except one. They’re cheerful, empathetic and tuned in. I can’t recommend them enough. The Office staff are great too. Thank you to all of you.
