All the carers are lovely. They help me with my dressing, dinner and medication. They assist me with shopping needs. They buy the shopping as per my choice. I am very happy with the carers.

NDH carers are really great and friendly. Because of them, my father feels less stressed. They've been very supportive and some of them are like family to my dad. Thanks to these carers, my dad is improving, and now he can take care of himself in various ways. I'm very grateful to them.
Always different Carers

We receive different carers weekly, so we can't get used to them. On a Sunday we always need to chase the night carers as they don't turn up blaming it on scheduling. Also carers turn up and say what do I do? I'm having to teach the carers how to do their job, which should be a given.

I am very happy with the care staff and I am satisfied with the service provided. The care staff help me with whatever I ask them to and they communicate very well with me. The carers are always smiling and happy to help. I have no concerns.

Friendly and considerate who work to the best of their abilities. Very helpful in terms of personal care (showering etc). Very satisfied with the care that is being provided.
