The carers help with personal care everyday and tidy up used area. They also change my bedsheet when required, I don't have to say it, they do it.

Sometimes 2 carers do not understand me. Sometimes they leave face towel on my bed and even on my pillow.

Carers are good, helpful, friendly. Sometimes they just ignore some things that my grandmother says them to do because they are in a rush to leave.
