Friendly and considerate who work to the best of their abilities. Very helpful in terms of personal care (showering etc). Very satisfied with the care that is being provided.

The care my mom is receiving from the carer is very good. They talk to her and tell her what's happening. they are kind and caring to her which is what we want. She can be a little difficult at times due to pain but they are patient with her and work through it.

NDH care has a challenging task dealing and caring for my mother who has dementia. Her moods fluctuate on a regular basis so the carers have to be mindful of this and adapt their approach to mom's care needs regularly. The carers who visit her more regularly apply this better than the ones who don't. Therefore sending the same carers is one area to look at. All of the carers are polite and friendly and show mom a healthy level of respect. Some are more attuned and so that make her feel comfortable which is key to dealing with mom. In summary regular and consistent carers will allow mom to become familiar with that person and allow them to do their jobs more easily.

Excellent service. All the lads are pleasant and helpful. The family think highly of them. One staff member even accompanied us to hospital to help.

Overall I am impressed with the care provided. The carer's are very friendly and show a lot of compassion. We have a lot of confidence in their knowledge regarding care needs.

NDH Care's carers r' really nice, makin' my mom feel comfy. Dey're kind 'n she's happy overall. Their care makes her feel good. Dey unnerstand her well 'n give support. Dey make a safe place, helpin' her relax. Her bein' happy shows dey're doin' a good job. Dey're always there, helpin' her a lot. NDH Care's team goes above 'n beyond.

The carer help me dress up and prepare breakfast. Carers help me with medication and they tidy up the place. They are very good.

Carer takes me out for a walk and helps me cut some vegetables. My regular morning carer helps me with showers and dresses me and give me breakfast.
