They have refused me an eye test because its not urgent despite not having had one for 2 years.

I am very shortsighted and need varifocals. Previous experience at a High Street chain optician left me disappointed with 2 pairs of glasses I couldn't use. Neil Berry was recommended to me. I was worried about trying a new optician but I was treated extremely well. It was the best eye test I have ever had! Everything was explaining to me, I wasn't rushed and the aftercare service from the receptionists and eye care technician helping me chose frames was great. I now have a pair of glasses I can see through, which sounds ridiculous but after the service I've had elsewhere its true. I will always go there now - they are professionals. Independent firms are specialists and the optician I saw was a credit to her profession.
