They look after her very well

My mom lives here and she is well looked after. It is hard, but she is in the best place. They look after her very well.

Staff are all good

Been here 8 years and it's really nice. I do social exercise and activities daily. My family visit often, cleaners and staff are all good. They also give me the choice to have the meals in my room.

Been here a short while

January 13, 2023
Been here a short time after a fall at Warren Farm Home. I have my meals in my room, visits from my daughter daily and my friend comes too. Access to a GP has not been called for yet. I don't go to social activities, I use my iPad. I eat very little.

Very well looked after

January 12, 2023
I'm fine and very well looked after, food is great, comfy bed and I'm very well looked after. I can see the birds in the garden. Staff are really good. Staff would arrange for me to speak to the GP. I don't need to see the dentist and I have dentures.

Very good, staff are good and approachable. Carers are lovely. I can voice any concerns and I feel listened to. She has been here since October, But happy with Mum being here and being cared for.

Do the best they can

They do the best they can and you have to adjust, you have to be stagnant. I'm not very mobile so I appreciate the care. Staff are quite nice but I can find it hard understanding staff, and they are busy and they have to be quick. Get on as best as we can, very grateful to the staff.

Visiting

June 12, 2017
Large gardens and yet although being asked constantly blame staff shortage or being too busy to take wheelchair bound out to enjoy the garden on nice sunny days. My friend had not been outside for two whole days.

As a regular visitor I have concerns most time

April 1, 2017
I spoke to the manager to question why patients dignity was not being cared for when the GP comes to visit & is allowed to examine patients in the lounge? Our own experience regarding the need for a fork mashable diet for my mother has been a constant issue leaving myself upset with staff on many occasions.
