Not at all interested in patient care
Awful experience. The maverick, newly qualified owner, seemed irritated by previous patients. This was obvious from his unprofessional conversations with the trainee nurse and her trainer/mentor/boss, while treating me as just a mouth. The trainee just giggled and the experienced one was noticeably trying to get him to stop. I caught her eye signalling to him but he didn’t care. Imagine what he said about me when I left then. He didn’t seem interested in the required follow up treatment and wanted to send me elsewhere, something about going on holiday. But there were other dentists in that practice. Don’t worry, I won’t be back. CQC I’m guessing hasn’t been out for a while.
