Rude nurses and unclean wards

February 7, 2024
I had my kidney surgery over there. The doctors were amazing but the nurses are quite rude and unhelpful. The level of cleanliness on the wards is quite poor.

The nurses were good.

I went to the QE for my hip fracture 2 months ago. The staff were alright. I was in there for a month. They didn't operate as the x-ray showed no need for surgery. Nurses on the ward were good and I saw a doctor every day. They recommended me for physio.

I left due to the long waiting times.

I went last month for stomach pain and I was there for 6 hours and wasn't seen. I was asked to wait for another 3 hours but left because the waiting time was too long. The staff were friendly.

Good facilities but very big

A good hospital with excellent facilities. It's too big walking from one clinic to another. It takes half an hour.
