Appointments run on time.

I have visited the liver unit for blood tests and screening a number of times. Appointments are on time and staff explain everything very well.

I had a very painful right knee and I had to catch two buses and a train just for the Doctor to tell his trainee Student to tell me in 10 minutes that I need to see a Physiotherapist even though I have seen one previously and they had discharged me because they said I cannot do Physiotherapy when my knee is in severe pain.
