It's rubbish

It has been rubbish. The appointments are so bad. I have to fill an email in to get an appointment. I have to wait a month to get an appointment. The NHS is very bad.

Confusing booking system

The system for booking an appointment is very confusing and complicated. You can't get an appointment straight away. First they call and then based on the phone call they decide whether to give you an appointment.
Misdiagnosed my mother who passed away.

They misdiagnosed my mother twice for stomach cancer. Finally when it was diagnosed by the hospital it was too late and she died within 2 months of being diagnosed.

Zero patient care and reception staff are very rude.
Reception have have no manners

It's impossible to get an appointment over the phone. Reception staff have no manners at all about how to speak to their patients.
No call back

I phoned for an appointment 7 days ago and they said someone would call me back. No one has called me back since then.
They never answer the phones.

It takes ages to get through. I called them today and waited 40 minutes then they put the phone down. You can't do anything online. So I have to go in and ask them because they didn't answer the phones. Doctors are good when you do see them but they need a better phone service and to answer them.
