I manage to get same day appointments. The consultations were over the phone.
Sent me straight to the hospital

A really good GP, no problems with them. I can get appointments when needed.
I have no concerns

I have no concerns with them or my GP. When I call they answer. The people who say they don't get answers from their GP are those that ask ten questions. You can only ask about 1 at a time. My GP is about 8 minutes walk and when I can't get through, I take a walk there. I tell my friends to ask the right questions and you will get positive responses.
Wait hours to get an appointment

I have to wait for hours on the phone to get an appointment. The GP and nurses are very helpful.
Rude reception

The reception staff need proper training in communication. They're rude.
Good and they listen

They will come out to me when I need them and they're quite good. They listen and give me medication.
Online booking is easy

GP service since adopting online triage is very good, easy to get an appointment.

They only give you appointments sometimes. They are improving as I have learnt how to go online and book appointments now so I can get one.

Brilliant. They gave us good information about support groups after she was diagnosed with dementia. They have been ever so helpful. Wonderful really.
