This waiting area is good, the TV screen display is there which will display my name, self check in was easy, plenty of seating, lots of light coming in. Its a bit cold which may be because it's very close to main entrance. Parking is a big problem. They let you know they are running late or there is delay in the appointment time by a separate screen with all the consultants appointment schedule.

ROH waiting room is good.

They are marvellous up here.

Variable waiting times, sometimes 2 hours. Knew could wait upstairs.

It's too busy in the waiting room.

Staff is good and helpful, everything was on time, very good excellent facilities.

I am very happy and satisfied by the service provided, good and helpful staff and also provide me with transport as well which is always on time. At times have to wait. but its ok, I know they are busy. Waiting room is ok with screen displaying name and they also call you by name as well, 5 star rating.

It's very good at all levels, I've been coming here for 20 years. Staff , VA's, parking, café, toilets all good and fit for use by public. There is a lot of support and information available.
