Its my 7th visit, they are very good, on time appointments with full information and support. Very good.

Waiting room pretty good time. Good info system - tv-screen. Takes the pressure off the reception staff. Very little to fault.
Level of treatment and care is great - even with skeleton staff due to snow last year.
Parking is an issue.

We come from Norfolk every week for our son treatment, this place is good, welcoming and staff is very helpful, at times the barcode at the appointment letters doesn't work on self check in machine and I have to do it manually, otherwise very good.

The hospital is very efficient, I rarely have to wait for consultant and other team members, they are on time, good information at the entrance and its welcoming.

My experience of this hospital is much better than rest of the services I have used. I stayed here for 8 nights and this hospital is run in a better way that I can say. Very good and helpful staff at all levels.

Waiting area is good, but finding a parking is nightmare, self check in is very helpful and easy. Easy to get food or drink all over hospital, too many options available. Reception staff is wonderful and consultants too good.

Waiting rooms are good with lot of help and support the only thing is limited parking. I come here once a month and have to spend more than a hour in finding a suitable parking space.

Overall satisfied from everything except they should provide free water dispenser in all the waiting areas. parking is also a big problem.
