Good communication

They're alright. Son's surgeries have failed. Said it would be 50/50 chance that it would work but now need to wait until he's old enough to have his hip replaced. They're really good at speaking to him and explaining about his condition.

Quick referral and efficient service

I was referred onto the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital where I thought I'd have to wait 6 months for an appointment but one came through in 6 weeks. They saw me on time, they were so efficient. They sent me for an x-ray the same day, they were really good.

Brilliant hospital

Son's currently in the hospital having an operation. The referral was really quick. The hospital is really good and they've been brilliant.

My appointment was at 11:45 and I was seen straight away. Good communication all the time about the appointments. Treatment information is also very good.

I have come all the way from South Wales for the treatment. ROH is a great hospital with kind hearted staff and good facilities.
