Not easy to use

Check in machines are not easy to use nor is reception signposted well. Bit hard for people to use them who are not techy.

Fine absolutely fine. Usually lucky but have been waiting over an hour for consultant / clinic, but they have come out and explained to us.

Took a long time to be referred

Took a long time to be referred, had a operation back in 2019. Went for an appointment before operation and they explained the whole procedure.

Been here a few times, It’s brilliant. Staff are good and service is quick. Lovely stay as an inpatient. Food was fine. Overall quite happy.
Good communication

Had both knees done here since 2010. Came for hip replacement. Referred from GP because I had a problem. Good communication usually seen on time.
20 week wait for referral

It took 20 months to find out what was wrong with me. I have two tears and a cyst on the back of my knee. They said I need surgery and I have been referred to the knee specialist which I was told is a 20 week wait. the receptionist said to keep ringing for cancellations.
Has been really quick

Physio and x-rays it’s OK there are not bad. Spoke to specialist nurse and they referred him onto hydrotherapy treatment. Referral waiting time for this has been really quick.
