I had to wait along time to be referred here. I am not sure how long the referral took. Receptionists helped us check in. It's all been good so far.
Treatment is fast.

They're okay. I went in with a back problem to my GP over a week ago and the GP contacted me yesterday asking if I had heard from the hospital. The symptoms I had meant they had red flagged it. Hospital was amazing previously. Been happy with how quickly I was seen. Last time I had surgery and from seeing my surgeon the operation was just over a week. I have to be glad we have a service like this. Really good experience. The surgeon remembered my name. It was nice.
Seen quickly and communicate well.

My experience was excellent. I will give them 11 out of 5 stars. All of the staff were supportive, informative and helpful.

The surgeon did an excellent job and in a timely manner when I went for hip and knee replacement surgery.
They have been brilliant.

I saw one of the doctors. I was referred on quite quickly and had injections in my knee, only once, for aspirated fluid then I had problems with my knee. They're wanting to give me other options as to what to do about my knee going forward. But they've been brilliant.

Surgeon arranged for steroid injections in my feet. I have to go through the GP to arrange injections. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Ultrasound deliver injections which management have said it's the diagnostic clinic, which means they can't continue with people like me who have been coming for years. Have not discussed it so don't know. They said they'll let me know where I have to go in the future.

Good but takes too long.

Transport team came and collected me 3 hours early and I now have to wait to be collected. They are good but just takes too long.
Nothing is too much trouble.

Really good hospital. Staff are friendly and they inform me of all the developments in my condition. Had two operations on both hips. Stayed as an inpatient and hospital is clean and great food. Nothing is too much trouble.
