Accessibility is fine, very effective ad timely. Normally get text and emails about appointments. They have been exceptionally quick with good staff.

Online letter initially. I called and rescheduled for today. Good communication, letter received through the post for appointment today. Been waiting for appointment roughly for 6 months. Everything takes long, could be worse all things considered.

Check in quite easy, a lot of questions. Check in machine quite low for someone of my height. Referral from GP taken 15 weeks for appointment today. Was told initially it would be 10 weeks. Unless I call them there is no communication. After 5 week first bit of communication was a text message with a link to a letter to say I’d been referred.

Referred by GP on priority basis and had my first appointment. Communication is OK. Keep ringing consultant secretary to see / feedback on knee and still haven’t heard anything.

Laser surgery on the old neck, touch wood it all works well. Had a good experience so far. Good staff and communication.

Had a fall and broke my hip at the time of covid they wouldn't take me at the hospital and transferred me to Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. Ended up staying there. Lovely hospital but not nice when you can't see family. Hospital was very clean. Aftercare was not very good. If it was up to them, there was no follow up with check ups on the hip. No follows up no checks at home. Could do with checks on my hip for my own piece of mind.

Daughter's come in for physiotherapy today. Came here to the hospital and the receptionist said it's at the College green surgery. We went there which wasn't too far, for them to say it was actually at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. Appointment was at 11am and got back here at 11:15am and was seen.

Came in for an appointment in outpatients, everything was fine. Staff were all great, I was seen on time, not much more to say really.

It took 8 days for a referral for an appointment to here. There's been good communication. They rang me at 8am this morning as ultrasound this morning then would have to come back for an appointment at 2:30pm that same afternoon and told me to go see the consultant/doctor/specialist straight after. They could do with water machines at the hospital. The hospital is clearly signposted to.

Hospital is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean and don’t have to wait too long. Good communication about appointments – both letters and text reminders. Good communication about medical issues.
