Always really good

Always really good. Parking is sometimes difficult. I got some cancellations but they informed me earlier. The staff are helpful.

I've been here many times and I have always been happy with the service I have received from here. All of the staff are very friendly here. Very efficient. If I have to wait a few more minutes I don't mind. It is a well run hospital.
Prefer letters than the texts they send

I got reminders and tests. I prefer letters because its hard to access online. I have to waited around 4 months for this appointment.

Both of my knees were replaced here. My experience as an inpatient is not very good. The night staff are very rude and unhelpful.

Poor instructions on using parking machine.

Poor instructions about how to use the parking ticket machine. I wanted to pay by card and got stuck because the card reader wasn't working.

Overall my experience is positive. I am with a specialist oncology team and they are great.
Consultant explained all the issues in detail

My mom is having her hip replacement operation today. We had a good meeting with her consultant and he explained all the issues with us in detail. We were provided with a drink and a comfortable place to sit while we waited for the consultant.
