Impressed by the high standard of service

I came here for a number of tests and scans. I am very impressed by the high standard of service provision. The staff and the facilities are excellent.

My x-rays and MRI's have all been good. The appointments have all come through email. The staff have been good. I'm just waiting for the knee clinic to discuss my results.

The best orthopaedic hospital in the Midlands. Consultants, registrars, sisters, nurses and porters work very well as a treatment centre. You should ask what the negatives are and there are none. Then the smell, there is no smell here. I have seen the hand surgeon and now waiting for the knee surgeon. I've never had a different meal here, the food is good.

I had my knee and hip done. They track you. I had a call to come in for bloods to make sure there is no leakage from cobalt. The staff and everyone are just amazing. I've not a bad word to say.
A choice of communication

It's been good. Once an appointment ran over an hour and a half late. I had to go home and cancel it but they sent another appointment afterwards. I've been an inpatient here as well and all was great. They give you a choice of how you want to be contacted. I chose phone and that works well for me. I chose text and email. I guess it's better for them
From staff to communication is good

It's good. Everything from staff to communication is good. I can't fault them. The after care in the department for my hands and elbow has been good.
Explain things well and you can ask questions

I come here every 2 years. Pretty good communication. They send letters and they keep to appointments. The oncology department is really good. They explain things well and you can ask questions. The staff are great.
I received excellent care and fast treatment

Excellent. I can't fault them. Started using them in March 2020. I have had excellent care. It was really quiet. All appointments went ahead as planned. I had operations and biopsies. All of the care went to plan and was executed well. I received a really quick referral and did everything within 3 weeks.

A great hospital. They helped me with my back and rheumatoid arthritis.
Cancelled twice without informing me

My appointment for an MRI was cancelled twice without communicating it to me and on both occasions I came to know about the cancellation was when I had reached the hospital for the appointment.
