My hip replacement was done over there and the support which I receive was amazing.

Had to wait roughly a month for the referral from the GP. The communication has been good, they contacted us first then sent a letter in the post and an electronic version of the letter. I came early for my appointment and I've not been waiting too long.
Easy to get around, good communication

Received a phone call to say they had space for an appointment then they sent me a letter. It's taken a while to get here but it's been easy to get around the hospital.

Mother-in-law is having an operation. We think the service has been well organised, it's been easy to get here and the staff have communicated with us really well.
Referred on for heart condition

I'm under a consultant for my knee. They done an ECG before I got to the surgery door and then said they couldn't do it because of my heart condition. They've since referred me onto other hospitals, I'm just waiting for the all clear from them so I can have my knee done.
So far so good!

Sent a letter 3 weeks back and had a telephone conversation yesterday to say that I had an appointment for today. So far, so good.
Really fast referral

We was referred onto the hospital from the GP. They did an x-ray's and an appointment with the consultant for today, it was a really fast referral. They've been generally good.
Good communication

It's alright, car parking is not great. They have electric spaces but they could be better utilised. The services like the canteen etc are good. The communication with the Physiotherapy department about appointments is good too.
Given an appointment quickly

First time and so far, it's been fine. I was referred on from my GP on Friday and was given an appointment the following Thursday, so very quick. They let me know about the appointment over the phone but I don't think there would have been time to send a letter.
Helpful staff, brilliant hospital

Brilliant, toilets on ward weren't very nice but apart from that everything was fine. Staff were fine, helpful and communication with them was good too.
