Seems quite well organized

Seems quite well organized and everyone is very helpful (especially the screens). Parking and access is a bit of nightmare, had to wait for 10 mins for a space.

It’s been alright, reception staff helpful. Signage to get around could be better. Had an MRI they muddled it up. Came last week as they gave me 2 appointments and there was no record of it and I need to be referred again from GP.
Parking instructions terrible

Parking instructions terrible, management got no idea. Should give you instructions prior to the appointment can’t turn my foot in.

Post op all went fine, was a day case. This is one of the nicest hospital I’ve been to. Appointments seems to be on time and all seems pretty efficient. Had operation cancelled few times due to COVID. But finally had it done this month. Operation was meant to be done 3 months after 1st face to face and ended up being a year after.
Car parking was a nightmare

Car parking was a nightmare had to park up the road, always bit of a pain. Found it alright. Good with knowing about mom’s care.

Second visit very good, had MRI scan. Service and staff are great. Just car parking is an issue, had to park miles away.

Nice space with perfect seating. Booking system is well organized. Canteen bit far. More diversity on TV/Programs needed.
