Nice hospital

Nice hospital. First time I went there they didn’t do a scan just spoke to me. The second time he did a scan / MRI. Said they would send results to GP. That was May and I am still waiting.
Not enough communication

Due to inhouse booking system revived or changed, ended up waiting for 18 months for injections in my foot for arthritis. Change of consultant it was disgusting not enough communication.
Really good clinics

Been many times, generally really good clinics. Couple of times have waited for 1 to 2 hours for appointment but If you come early they see you early as well.
Receptionist were informative

First visit so far, smoother check in. Receptionist were informative. Good communication in the run up before this appointment. Sent a letter and then a text message reminder.

Great hospital and staff. Seemed busy today but haven’t waiting too long. Had a scan, all pretty straight forward. GP referred me and haven’t taken too long, very good hospital.
Nice hospital with alright staff

Good, went in before time. Appointment changed 3 times. Got a letter Friday and booked transport. Wasn’t told why they have changed appointment, just send a letter. Booked patient transport last minute but were good, very easy process. Nice hospital with alright staff.
Accessibility is fine

Accessibility is fine, very effective ad timely. Normally get text and emails about appointments. They have been exceptionally quick with good staff.
Good communication

Online letter initially. I called and rescheduled for today. Good communication, letter received through the post for appointment today. Been waiting for appointment roughly for 6 months. Everything takes long, could be worse all things considered.
Check in quite easy

Check in quite easy, a lot of questions. Check in machine quite low for someone of my height. Referral from GP taken 15 weeks for appointment today. Was told initially it would be 10 weeks. Unless I call them there is no communication. After 5 week first bit of communication was a text message with a link to a letter to say I’d been referred.
