Understand treatment plan, helpful secretary

I've had several visits to this hospital. I understand my treatment plan the Doctor has put in place. They're nice people. The operations have been cancelled sometimes by the secretary but she was very helpful at getting new dates.
No complaints, good hospital

Very good hospital. I had a knee replacement 15 years ago, now my other knee is hurting, but they've decided on injections instead of an operation this time. Dr is good, I have no complaints.
Department and after care is very good

I had disc/spinal surgery twice as well as a knee replacement. Both spinal and Orthopaedic departments are very good. I always get appointments when they're due. Doctors are always good and the after care is very good.

Its's been good. I had a hand operation and attended the hand clinic as a day patient. It's all been very good. I've had a follow up appointment, I phoned this morning to say the plaster was loose as the swelling had gone down and they said to come straight up and the plaster was changed. Excellent service.

Carpel tunnel, severe back pain. Had previously broken ribs and they hadn’t helped properly and it was causing pain, they prescribed me morphine. They were good though helpful.

Went for operation and it was Just brilliant, they explained things to us and the staff are just amazing.

Youngest goes there for spinal and waiting for hip doctor which we’re been chasing for a year. They are alright when you go there can wait over an hour for x-rays and other department will call to see where we are. Kind of used to waiting.

I had a recent operation on my leg and stayed for one day. I was referred from my GP to the hospital and it took a long time to get an appointment. But they were good when I went there.
Happy and confident with the service

It's excellent. Had surgery which was successful. The aftercare was excellent as I had my legs in casts. One of the casts came loose and they gave me a next day appointment for first thing in the morning. I'm really happy and feel confident about the service.
