Shockwave therapy in 2018, was under review for 6 months, and they book appointment and cancelled and rebook. They have not given me appointment and said it will take a while before they look again. Not been sorted and though they call every 6 months, issue still not sorted. They called me after Covid.

Brilliant hospital cannot fault them at all. Here for a follow up appointment after an operation, was day surgery so didn’t have to stay in. but they kept me informed and let me know what was going on. Came in at 7 am and had the operation at 1pm. They are on the service really well.

Slow process, aimed at 2am and taken down for 2pm. Only allowed water every 1 hour. Information and updates given were all really good. Before operation came for an appointment and seen an hour early, so that’s good.

Given this is a very long corridor and for people with hip or knee issues, seats at different interval along the corridor will help a lot.

First time using for knee but been here many time usually good, But terrible this week. Scheduled for appointment tomorrow but been up every day for blood tests. Monday phone call for x-ray at 5:30pm, then 9am called by consultant sectary to speak to me about the x-ray waiting list for 8 months. Came for appointment than was given surgery within a few days.

I had my hand operation over here. It was day surgery in at 2pm and home at 5pm. Last came had injection in wrist said I would get an appointment through. Had to come in and the receptionist called the consultant’s secretary to arrange an appointment for the following week. Feel like I am chasing up own appointments.

It’s okay. They have nice staff. Trying hard. Everywhere there are long waits and you have to chase appointments. A couple of times they didn’t know why I hadn’t had an appointment, after speaking with the consultant’s secretary they gave me one straight away.

Hospital is fine used it couple of years ago. Running on time pretty much. Good communication between them and QE.

Last 2/3 years been 100% no complaints. New knee and hip. My stay was good, food was good no complaints. Let me know what was happening with my care.
