Consultants really good, mix up appointments

Been brilliant, been coming here for the past 7 years. The consultants are really good. I've stayed here twice as an inpatient and I felt well cared for but the food was hit and miss. I also come to regular appointments in the outpatients and you don't have to wait long, but they do get appointments mixed up sometimes.
Attentive nurses, treated well

Very good. I've been coming here on and off for 5 years to the orthopaedics and physiotherapy. They treat you really well. Once you arrive you can be kept waiting but I'm pleased with the service, overall. I was an inpatient once and I was well looked after, the food was good and the nurses were attentive.
Friendly nurses and doctors - excellent

Had an injection in my ankle. It's a fantastic service. Nurse and doctor was excellent and they were friendly.

Always good and I feel well looked after. I had both my hips replaced and had 2 operations, both no problems. Doctor was excellent.

Good communication and the staff are lovely. It's easy to get to the hospital, it's a good hospital.

Had a follow up appointment and I'm now waiting for the patient transport. Can't complain really. All is well and good.
12 month wait for appointment

Good hospital, they're accessible and you're not having to wait unnecessary amounts of time to be seen appointments. It has taken nearly 12 months for a referral to the spinal department. They send me both text messages and emails about my appointments so I can't lose them.
Cannot fault the care

Care at the hospital has improved in the last 10 years. I had a knee replacement 8 weeks ago and I cannot fault the care and treatment. All was brilliant.

Been coming here for a few years, its great, really good care. They communicate really well about appointments. I did stay as an inpatient and that was fine. I've had x-rays today whilst I've been here, It's always been good.
Referred by GP for lump on leg

I was referred for a scan from my GP, about the lump on my leg. I had a scan last week and have returned for another scan today.
