Just waiting to be seen

Been waiting for appointment a while, I was referred from my GP but it took a long time. I had to chase the hospital but they were apologetic. Just waiting to be seen.

It’s been Okay so far. But long wait to see consultant. Got referred about 5 months ago. Waiting too long. It’s worrying when waiting.

Staff are really nice. I get a text about before I get here. Well informed about appointments, can ask questions about appointments. If I don’t understand I will ask my partner.

Great here and at QE. Have to take 3 buses to get here. Been with hem for years. Good communication about appointments. Waited 7 months for this appointment. Someone phoned me last week to be in today.
5 weeks wait for initial appointment

Fine difficult to get through on the phone, took 3 days to get through but got through in the end. You could just ring so far then It cuts out. But when we did get through I got the appointment straight away. Started in May 22 – 5 weeks wait for initial appointment.

I have used them a few times upstairs, the young girl is very good. they all seem polite and pleasant. I have an appointment in a month and they sent me a letter.
