They're useless

I went for blood tests there and they said they couldn't do it, they're useless. They said I would need to go to Heartlands and sent me a letter. I am also waiting for a hernia operation and its taking time to come through.

They have lost my medical records a number of times and their communication with patients is below average.

They sent me a letter for my cataracts operation on my left eye. They said they will do it in April. I haven't been waiting long for the appointment either.
They were perfect.

I went for an appointment with my back, they were very good. I was seen quickly and they were perfect.
The care was personal. Really lovely.

Hernia repair. Had open surgery there and was in for 2 weeks. They sorted district nurses. They were lovely. The care there was personal. Really lovely.
Cancer care was excellent.

Many times I have been in and out of here in the past few years. The staff are very kind and the doctors are very good.
