Easy to navigate around the hospital

March 9, 2023
Staff were lovely, easy to find and easy to navigate around the hospital. Parking was fine. They were bang on for appointment the appointment times, It’s a long distance to go from us so thankfully we don’t have to go too often.

Excellent care

March 9, 2023
Very nice very good, it was excellent. They give good care. It was just a regular appointment I went to. They communicate well and sent letters about the appointment a couple of weeks before hand. It was really easy to find when I got there.

Service was fine - easy to get around

They were fine, it was easy to get to and I can find my way around. They should have an A&E department/service there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback about the Solihull Hospital. We are very pleased to inform you that in June 2023 the MIU will be opening again and in addition to this service there will also be a minor illnesses service which will be provided by a local primary care provider (GPs) and this collaboration will mean that the two services will be opened in June as the Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC).

The UTC will provide a much needed urgent care service – supporting with minor illnesses and injuries - for the residents of Solihull.

Shoulder isn't cured but hospital was good

March 6, 2023
I damaged my shoulder. I had physiotherapy and done some exercises with a rubber band. It hasn't cured it but it has taken the pressure off. They were good.

Waiting long time for appointment

February 7, 2023
I’ve been trying to get an appointment since May 22. They’ve cancelled my appointment. I rand to try and get another appointment but they said if they do have a cancellation they'll let me know. Doctors are fine with me when I do see them.
