Don't answer the phone or give results.

They don't answer the phone or reply back. Reception lack customer service skills. You have to chase your blood tests results because they will never tell you them on time.
Very difficult to get an appointment.

My GP referred me to the QE and the Royal Orthopaedic on time for further treatment. They provide excellent information, support and advice on a timely basis.
Lack of communication

Our GP resigned during covid and nobody informed us about it. There is a lack of communication at all levels.
You can't get appointments.

You can't get an appointment even if you call them 100 times. Always busy. It's very difficult to get your prescription on time. It always takes 2 to 3 days.
GP is helpful, reception are rude.
