First and foremost, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and were more than willing to answer all of my questions. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by your team was truly remarkable.
The eye examination was thorough and precise, and the optometrist took the time to explain every step of the process. It's clear that they are dedicated to ensuring the best possible eye care for their customers.
I also have to commend your wide selection of frames and lenses. I found the perfect pair of glasses, and the staff helped me choose a style that suited me perfectly. The quality of the frames and lenses is outstanding.
Finally, the service was efficient, and I didn't have to wait long for my glasses to be ready. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.

Good - never worry about appointments

They provide an interpreter and are very good. Never worry about appointments with them as they are good and let me know about anything.

Was referred to them from GP to get hearing aids fitted but need ones that are easier to fit. But they said that I would need to be referred to QE by GP. They were good but need to get seen by QE to do the hearing test for the aids.

They said I had a blemish on my eye and to not wear contacts and provided me with eye drops. They said if I have any more problems, to come back.
Good but hearing rooms are upstairs or down

Good but the hearing rooms are downstairs or upstairs and it is hard to see who you want on the Ground Level.
