he ignored me (daughter) he was told my mother couldn’t hear very well but looked at his computer screen when talking to her and did not increase the volume of his voice ; I had to relay what he said ; he spoke in one word reply to questions ; he made my mom cry ; she wanted to go hone ; my mother is over 80 ; I asked if she could have a cortisone injection ; he said no : I have looked this up and she would be able to have one for her condition ; he told my mom the pain was physocological; she has been in agony with the pain and has trouble walking on her one ankle ; she was extremely upset ; she does have arthritis in her foot ; her ankle gets so swollen she can’t walk on it ; the doctors manner was extremely dismissive ; the trainee physiotherapist was lovely ; she managed to calm my mother down and try to explain what the doctor had said ;
