Totally disorganised!
No-one at The Hawthorns seems to have realised that if patients have to ring several days in succession without getting an appt, then they are having to answer the phone several times for one patient! Or is it just their way of stopping their patients getting an appt! It's totally disorganised, I'd rung for times before someone told me that I could book an appt in two weeks time. I was told that they were not taking new patients since Covid, not true!! Why is this surgery so poor now, when it used to be one of the best locally. I want an appt with my gp, not a lecture on how long it takes to train a doctor!! For goodness sake, get your act together, and soon. Shame because our gp is a star!!
