2 Temp Crowns fell out within hours & days
Expressed disappointment & concern, politely to reception, next appointment (for Permanent Crown/they also confirmed permanent adhesive not same as temp adhesive) cancelled by Dentist & put forward by 3 weeks to 24th April(Day before charges Increase). At 24th April appointment, Dentist terminated me as a patient, saying she thought I was unhappy with my treatment. No attempt to discuss any concerns, options, feedback etc. Certainly not treated with mutual dignity and respect, which I have always shown to her. Hurt my feelings to be treated in such a way, by someone I thought was also a friend & who I even expressed concern for, as a fellow Christian ! No system for feedback/Patient Satisfaction. In parting I wish her & the team the very best for the future ...
