Not happy with the poor service

I have not seen my GP since covid. It's always a locum trainee GP. Not happy with the poor service.
They don't offer you support.

Hard to book appointments. On the phone they say how you can book appointments through the NHS app. They say you can speak with a receptionist. If you need more support when you do get through they don't give you support on how to use it so it's useless.

It is rubbish. I tried to call them and they do not respond. They do not pick up the calls even when they are open.
The care is good.

Appointments are okay but it can be hard to book to see the doctor. You do sometimes have to wait a while but will always get one eventually. You can wait a long time for them to answer the phones too but the care is good.
My GP is very good and listens to me.

The GP is good. He listens to our issues and tries to help out. He is very quick in reply to emails and phone calls.

I can get appointments, they're really good. I do see a different doctor but that's good for me, I don't mind as long as I see someone.

I am always able to get appointments with my own GP. The reception team is very friendly and helpful.

It is very busy and hard to get appointments. they don't give you appointments. They're not good at all.
I get appointments straight away.

They know about my rare eye condition and always give me an appointment straight away. It's a very good surgery.
